Thanks, so much for your interest in S Society brand. We are currently offering a return policy with full store credit for your item(s). Customers is responsible for cost of returning item(s) shipping fee. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase before sending your items back. Once the items are received and inspected for damages. We will provide full amount for the items returned in store credit. Some may also receive a free gift as a token of our appreciation and for being a valued loyal customer. We appreciate your business and thank you for shopping with S Society Brand.
Each item are individually made per order as it is presented in our online shop. Because we are a luxury, handmade, high end apparels brand we do not have the items already made in your chosen design, color, style, and size. When a order is placed, it's sent directly to our fabric and design team for production. Each item is carefully inspected to ensure quality. Then item(s) are reviewed according to the costumer order and shipped for free right to your door (must select free shipping at check out). This process usually takes 3-10 days to complete plus delivery time, depending on the quantity of items purchased. Real time tracking of your order will be provided via text or email according to your individual shipping information. Please view size chart for items you wish to purchase.
