S Society provide standard free shipping on all orders. We offer premium international shipping to most countries. Please see the chart below for specific shipping locations and fees. All of our products are custom handmade to order, so please allow 3-10 business days for processing and production. Plus 5-20 business days for delivery. Please contact us immediately before or after order is placed if you need express shipping. We provide real-time tracking once your order is shipped. Estimated delivery time is based on items ordered and manufacturing locations, packages may be shipped separately per order. This is to ensure that you receive your items as quickly as possible. In the case that your items will be shipped separately you will receive separate tracking information for each package shipped.

At this time, we cannot currently deliver to P.O. Boxes as our private shipping carriers are not able to deliver to PO Boxes. Only USPS is allowed to deliver, which we currently do not use as a carrier.

Shipments outside of the United States may encounter custom duty fees. The fees are based on the destination and the regulations the country being shipped to. Different countries have import procedures which is determined by its custom’s law in the destination country, not Superhero Society or the carrier. Typically, the type of goods shipped and the value of that good are factors determining custom duties and taxes. Ultimately, the end customer will be responsible for paying the customs duty.
